I have had a pair of Nuraloops for almost three months now and I have had 1 day of use out of them. Paying £200 for a pair of headphones, you would expect the very basics to work, for example switching on and off, but no, not with these the nuraloop. Its really disappointing for me because a friend of mine had the Nura headphones and I fell in love with them and was so excited to get my Nuraloops. Then it didnt work, and I had constant issues. On paper the idea is great, but it seems Nura have tried to do way too much on this because the simple action of taking your headpones out your ear to then automatically does not work, so what happens is your headphones stay connected, eventually draining your battery. They dont even charge most the time, I will be on 30% and charge it for an hour and then I am on 30 percent. Interesting. So I raised all my issues to basically a non existent customer service team, who obviously receive lots of complaints because my replies are always a templated reply rather than the agent just taking a minute to actually read my email and then reply. Eventually i was told that all those issues I am facing will be fixed with the update, so I thought ok, this is exactly the issues I am facing so its brilliant and I am happy to wait 4 weeks. 4 weeks pass and guess what, I was never contacted about the new update so I contacted the non existent customer service where I was ignored numerous times and then eventually was sent the link for the beta test. Now I have the beta test and guess what, nothing has changed. Great idea of a product, really edgy company, but massive shame their execution is not there and the customer service is shocking.
